Brewing Instructions

Boil filtered or fresh cold water to 212°F and let cool down to 185°F. Use one heaping teaspoon per 7-9 oz of water.
Pour the hot water over the tea in a cup or teapot, cover, and steep for 3-5 minutes to taste (longer steeping results in a stronger tea).
