Brewing Instructions

Dessert/Pastry: Gently sift, to taste, on top of ice cream, yogurt, or popcorn. Mix with smoothies or into cookie, cake, or muffin batter.

Tea latte: Use 2-4g (1-2 tsp) tea per 4-8oz hot milk 140-160°F. Pour the hot milk over the tea in a cup or mug. Sweeten to taste. Whisk or froth to blend to desired consistency. Some settling in the bottom of the cup is normal. As with any leaf, it does not dissolve.
